great stay but needs minor improvements

I recently enjoyed my stay, where the friendly staff welcomed me right away and the hotel's awesome walkable area made it easy to explore nearby spots like Market Square and Charles Krutch Park, both just a few minutes away.

This place is a culinary delight, especially with awesome local joints like The Tomato Head just around the corner! Also, the staff was super friendly and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Only real bummer was the mini fridge situation—they don't call it mini for nothing!

The hotel was amazing! The staff was excellent, always friendly and ready to help. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a super comfortable bed. There were plenty of towels available and a great variety of coffee and teas in the room, perfect for a cozy night in. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from Market Square with lots of dining options nearby.

Entering the garage right next to the lobby made parking convenient. The staff provided exceptional service, with a bellman going the extra mile to recommend local antique stores. However, disruptions from a group of high schoolers led to a restless night, and noise levels in the hall were frustrating, detracting from the overall experience.

The staff here is just exceptional. One morning,, I was greeted by name at breakfast by the hostess, who even remembered my drink choice. And when I stepped into my room, I found it spotless and well lit, like they truly cared about my experience.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with friendly service that was evident when they went out of their way to help us find our way around. the hotel also features excellent amenities including a great fitness center and indoor swimming pool, all while being conveniently located just 30 km from the airport.

We stayed here for a weekend with our 5 teenagers and 2 children, and everyone loved the location! It was just steps away from all the downtown fun, including great spots to eat and local attractions. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making our stay smooth. The kids particularly enjoyed the breakfast options.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities on-site.

Just a prime choice for a stopover in Knoxville with good value considering the price it charged. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and reasonably priced. Parking is limited, so arrive early to secure a spot.
